"Self discovery through relationships."
Tania Preminger
Psych.

Tania Preminger is a licensed CBT Psychologist from Santiago, Chile, who has been living in Jerusalem with her family for the past 10 years. She works with adolescents and adults, with a particular focus on seminary girls and young women navigating identity, relationships, decision-making, and the challenges of finding their place in the world.

Tania believes that therapy begins with a relationship built on trust, safety, and acceptance. She creates a space where clients can talk openly about their feelings, fears, and experiences without feeling judged.

Her approach combines CBT with practical tools for emotional regulation, including breathing, movement, and visualization. She helps clients understand their thoughts and feelings, recognize their own strengths, and develop greater emotional stability and confidence.

Tania is one of the few certified instructors of Alba Emoting, a method that uses breathing and movement to help regulate emotions.

Tania helps clients imagine themselves as the person they truly are, without judgment. Through greater self-awareness and acceptance, she helps them develop the resources to create greater emotional stability and a more hopeful future.

At the heart of Tania’s work is her belief that people have the capacity to grow when they have a safe space to understand themselves and explore new possibilities.

Tania is also a certified Jewish Life Coach, drawing on this additional training when it is helpful to her work with clients.
