Rivka is passionate about helping individuals cultivate lives filled with serenity, joy, and meaning. In her clinical practice, she supports clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship difficulties, family-of-origin issues, and eating disorders.
Drawing from a diverse array of therapeutic modalities—such as psychotherapy, family systems, cognitive therapies, guided imagery, internal family systems (IFS), somatic experiencing, inner child work, and relational therapy—Rivka tailors treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. She is also trained in family-based treatment (FBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E), two evidence-based approaches with strong outcomes for treating eating disorders.
Rivka holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and a master’s degree in clinical counseling from Bellevue University. She also completed specialized training in family and couples therapy at the Institute of Neve Yerushalayim, where she went on to complete a year-long advanced trauma training program.
Her professional background includes several years working at Ohr Chana High School, where she supported teens in a variety of emotional and behavioral areas. In addition, Rivka has years of experience working in Israel with families, couples, and children, providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care across the lifespan. Today, she continues this work as a clinical counselor, supporting clients through a wide range of personal and relational challenges.
Rivka considers it a deep privilege to walk alongside her clients on their journeys toward healing and growth. Whether someone is facing a specific difficulty or seeking greater clarity and peace, she offers compassionate, individualized support every step of the way.
Rivka offers therapeutic services in Hebrew, English and French.
