"Connecting the dots between a unique perspective and a world of possibilities."
Julie Meyerowitz
M.S., CCC-SLP

Julie Meyerowitz is a Columbia University–trained speech-language pathologist and the founder of Hear My Words, an international practice dedicated to helping neurodivergent individuals and their families thrive through deeper connection, communication, and co-regulation.

Drawing from over 15 years of experience in the U.S. and Israel, Julie integrates principles from relationship-based developmental models, neuroscience, and reflective practice to guide clients of all ages toward exceptional progress. Her work focuses on the cultivation of Dynamic Intelligence—the flexible, adaptive thinking that allows individuals to interpret context, handle uncertainty, and connect meaningfully with others.

For autistic clients, the development of Dynamic Intelligence is transformative. It supports emotional regulation, social understanding, and creative problem-solving—the foundations of independence, confidence, and well-being. Julie’s clients frequently describe her as both “a wise teacher and a compassionate guide,” whose energy, insight, and humor bring out the best in every family she supports.

Through guided video reflection, collaborative play, and parent coaching, Julie helps families move from stress and disconnection to mutual understanding and joy. Her approach turns everyday interactions into powerful opportunities for growth—helping children, teens, and adults alike build real-world competence and genuine human connection.

Julie is licensed to practice in CA, CT, MD, NY, PA, VA, and Israel, and she continues to collaborate with clinicians and researchers advancing the science of co-regulation and dynamic development.
