Akiva Wolff studied Rabbinic counseling under Rabbi Noach Orlowek and has studied psychotherapy under a number of other experts including master therapist’s Nita Melamed and Dr. Devorah Tobin.
Akiva has completed training in mental health and family studies at the Family Institute of Neve Yerushalyim, in IFS (internal family systems), and in addictions counseling. Akiva incorporates all of these, along with extensive Torah learning and life experience, into his counseling work with individuals and with couples.
Akiva has a doctorate from Leiden University in the Netherlands, based on his interdisciplinary work investigating a Jewish perspective on the ecology of human development.
