It happens to everyone whether it is a complex business deal, a dispute with a co-worker or an argument within our families the emotional temperature rises and we do not always make clear and thought out decisions. Learning effective tools to deal with conflict can help you achieve your goals without causing harm. With the right conflict resolution skills, you can surprise yourself how you can turn what seemed like an intractable argument into a real agreement.

Dealing with disputes in a constructive way will change how you look at conflicts. Mediators use these techniques to help people past their disputes, and achieve results and now so can you. This workshop is based on mediation techniques which focus on creating a wide picture of the dispute and then laying out all the possible solutions. Finding out more about why your "opponent" holds their position is key. Emotions are not laid to the side in this model but included as a guide to why people are acting in a certain way. The workshop can be an entrance way for you to be able to transform the way you deal with conflict.

Hadassah Fidler is a lawyer turned mediator who is passionate about helping people overcome their conflicts at low costs and stress levels, she is the founder of Mediation in Israel, a mediation practice for English speakers in Israel in which she helps people move forward past their conflict. Hadassah also runs workshops in which she teaches conflict resolution skills, providing a fresh new perspective on how to approach conflict so that goals can be achieved.
