Ephraim Rosen

Ephraim is licensed as a professional counselor, and has worked as a family psychotherapist since 1996. He earned a Master’s degree from the University of North Texas in Counseling and studied under the world-famous play therapist Dr. Garry Landreth. During the first 10 years of his career, he primarily used Play Therapy, “Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,” and “Child Parent Relationship Therapy” groups to help children and families affected by domestic violence, abuse, depression and addiction issues.

After Ephraim served as a United States Air Force officer in various behavioral scientist positions, he returned to school for post-graduate marriage and family therapy training to gain more skills to help families struggling with trauma, early childhood attachment and other unresolved childhood issues. After 9 years of telehealth counseling on depression, anxiety, diabetes, and addiction issues for a major American insurance company, Ephraim came to Israel in pursuit of certification in two evidence-based trauma treatment therapies – Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). BH, Ephraim has helped approximately 2,000 clients ranging in ages from 82 to 3. Ephraim specializes in helping children and adults.
